Intel TAT программа для точного измерения температур ядер таких процессоров как Core2Duo и CoreQuad. Умеет нагружать ядра по отдельности. А также запускать в тротлинг по требованию.

TAT (Intel Thermal Analysis Tool) accurately monitors all of the individual core temperatures for Intel processors like the Core 2 Duo and Quad range.
