бета версия для Vista 32bit

At this moment ONLY Vista32bit supported. No support for Vista64 yet. This is because I was forced to use one .dll file from Catalyst driver and of course this .dll is 32bit and will not work under Vista64. When I will find workaround I will make support for 64bit too.

Not all of functions works.
1. OSD and Auto 2d/3d detection doesn't work for Direct3D9 applications (Still working on it
2. Display rotations doesn't work
3. It seems that some of advanced 3D settings may not work under Vista. Waiting for ATI to make support for them.
