Every league except Bundesliga and Portugese league have 2 divisions and after the season top 3 of divison 2 and the worst 3 of the divison 1 change places.
The Rest Of Word teams are in two divisions too, because their 40 teams could be completed in two divisions.

English Priemierleague - Top 4 teams
Spanish Primera – Top 4 teams
Ligue 1 – Top 4 teams
Serie A - Top 4 teams
Bundesliga – Top 4 teams
Portugese league – Top 3 teams
Rest of the world – Top 9 teams

UEFA Cup qualify
Teams: Champions League teams which stayed 3rd in their group + 2 teams from each of English, Spanish, Italian, and Bundesliga teams.

All tournaments need to be with right names – Uefa Cup, Champions league, and others...

Winning tournament will make bigger support from the fans, happier players.
