Toxic, ты устанавливал ? Всё написанное тобой и так понятно. Вопрос уже не актуален , решил отказаться от этой версии - форум некорректно отображается .

У меня в новой версии в Виста x64 косяки с сохранением картинок с сайтов и не работают ссылки на вкладке личные.

Настройки все без проблем переносятся, сайт отображается нормально.

Opera 9.24 Build 8816

Параллельно с тестированием новой версии под номером 9.5 разработчики одноименного норвежского браузера от разработчиков из компании Opera Software не забывают и о поддержке предыдущей ветки.

Так данная сборка 8816 версии 9.24 призвана устранить несколько ошибок в системе безопасности работы программы. В частности закрыта уязвимость, которая могла привести к выполнению вредоносного кода при помощи внешних новостных клиентов, а также устранены проблемы при обработке некоторых функций скриптов

Opera Software вновь в России

5 ноября в Россию с очередным визитом приезжают представители компании Opera Software. Возглавит делегацию руководитель компании Йон фон Тэтчнер, также в поездке примут участие менеджер по связям Томас Форд и менеджер по маркетингу настольной версии браузера Opera Бенджамин Якобсен. На этот раз запланирована обширная программа, которая не ограничится посещением российской столицы: почти недельный вояж пройдёт по таким городам, как Нижний Новгород (7 ноября), Казань (8 ноября), Самара (9 ноября) и Санкт-Петербург (12 ноября). Во всех пунктах остановки делегации намечены встречи с пользователями программных продуктов компании Opera Software, которые будут проводиться в различных университетах. Начнётся данное мероприятие в Москве, 6 ноября: на 10:00 запланирована пресс-конференция в помещении гостиницы Мэрриот Тверская, а после обеда пройдёт встреча разработчиков браузера Opera с российскими пользователями данной программы в одном из университетов столицы.

В рамках подготовки к данному мероприятию представители компании Opera Software в лице менеджера по исследованиям в области взаимодействия с сообществом пользователей, доктора философии Лоренса Енга предлагают российским пользователям очередной бета-версии браузера Opera-mini 4 рассказать о своих впечатлениях о данной разработке. В своём сообщении Лоренс Енг отмечает высокую активность российских пользователей Opera и обещает, что их внимание к данному браузеру будет соответственно вознаграждено во время предстоящего тура представителей Opera Software по российским городам. А то я что-то сколько не искал их у себя, не нашел. (В смысле, в файловой системе, а в самой Опере, конечно, есть

C:\Program Files\Opera\profile\widgets\
Здесь они находятся по умолчанию, а смысл их извлекать не очевиден, т.к. размер у них очень маленький и большого применения они не находят. В любой момент можно закачать свежие виджеты по ссылке в браузере.

Ну да ну да. С таким же порывами можно написать еще кучу жалоб например почему с комплектом Win идет Notepad а не Notepad++? ^) И т.п.
И что будет windows и с оперой и мозиллой и сафари и нетскшкафом и т.п. костылями над могилой IE аля Avant Browser
