WinSCP - это графический клиент SFTP для Windows с открытым исходным кодом. Он также поддерживает протокол SCP. Предназначен для защищённого копирования файлов между компьютером и серверами, поддерживающими эти протоколы.

WinSCP выполняет все основные операции с файлами, такие как загрузка и выгрузка файлов. Он также позволяет переименовывать файлы и папки, создавать папки, изменять свойства файлов и папок, а также создавать символические ссылки и ярлыки.

Один из двух интерфейсов программы позволяет также управлять файлами на локальном компьютере пользователя.

Вы можете выбрать для себя интерфейс при установке. Позднее Вы также можете в любой момент выбрать используемый интерфейс.

Если Вы только начинаете использовать WinSCP, возможно Вы предпочтёте использовать интерфейс в стиле Проводника Windows, так как он хорошо известен всем пользователям ОС Windows. Однако, если Вы привыкли работать в программах типа Norton Commander, таких как целый ряд современных файловых менеджеров (Total Commander, FAR, Altap Salamander), выбирайте соответствующий интерфейс. Интерфейс как в Нортоне более удобен для управления с клавиатуры, им можно пользоваться вообще без помощи мыши. Он также позволяет выполнять основные операции быстрее.

* SSH core upgraded to PuTTY 0.60. It brings following changes:
o Support for “local proxying”, where a network connection is replaced by a local command.
o Various cryptographic improvements in SSH-2, including SDCTR cipher modes and a workaround for a weakness in CBC cipher modes. Support for Diffie-Hellman group exchange with SHA-256 was not included due to performance problems.
o Support for the Arcfour cipher in SSH-2.
o When Pageant is running and an SSH key is specified in the configuration, WinSCP will now only try Pageant authentication with that key. This gets round a problem where some servers would only allow a limited number of keys to be offered before disconnecting.
o Support for SSH-2 password expiry mechanisms, and various other improvements and bugfixes in authentication.
o A change to the SSH-2 password camouflage mechanism in 0.58 upset some Cisco servers, so we have reverted to the old method.
o If authentication challenge includes multiple prompts, all are displayed in one form.
o Random seed file is being stored to application data folder when possible.
o Bug fix: SSH-1 connections tended to crash, particularly when using port forwarding.
o Bug fix: SSH Tectia Server would reject SSH-2 tunnels from WinSCP due to a malformed request.
o Bug fix: SSH-2 login banner messages were being dropped silently under some circumstances.
o Bug fix: IPv6 should now work on Windows Vista.
